1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player") and gn99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gn99 website located at gn99.ws, including all services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by gn99. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

• You must register using accurate personal information. gn99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage, and accounts providing false information are subject to immediate suspension.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on gn99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same person, gn99 may close all accounts and confiscate balances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of gn99 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such individuals.

gn99 reserves the right to decline registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements are not met. Any funds held in a closed account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal fraud review procedures.

3. Account Registration and Verification

When you register an account with gn99, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information as prompted by the registration form. • Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. If that method is no longer available, alternative verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gn99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have met the minimum deposit requirement associated with the offer. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per account.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements on gn99 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap. Any winnings exceeding the cap will be forfeited automatically. The maximum win cap for each free spin promotion is displayed in the individual promotion terms.
• gn99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account at the time of cancellation will retain their original terms unless fraud is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing contradictory bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or exploiting software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent closure.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the bonus wagering process, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. Deposits made using certain payment methods may be ineligible for bonus consideration; this will be indicated during the deposit process where applicable.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gn99 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for financial gain. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error may be voided at gn99's sole discretion.

gn99 employs ongoing monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will not receive advance notice before account suspension where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other users.

7. Responsible Gaming

These tools are available within your account settings and can be activated at any time. 9. Amendments to These Terms

gn99 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of gn99 after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
